    General Terms and Conditions
    The following terms and conditions govern access to and use of this website. By accessing this site, you are agreeing to the conditions of use of this site. These conditions may be changed at any time without notice. We advise you to visit this page regularly in order to be aware of any changes that may occur to the General Conditions.


    How to place an order:
    To place an order on our site you must register by accessing the Login Registration button at the top right of your screen page. After registering you can add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart. Once you have all products added, finalize the order indicating the delivery and billing address, as well as the shipping method.

    The minimum value of the order for Portugal is 200 euros. The minimum order value for other destinations in Europe is 300 euros.

    Shipping of orders:
    Finalised orders will be dispatched within 24h to 48h00 on subsequent working days. However, emergency or force majeure situations may affect the shipping services of carriers.

    Change your order:
    You must contact us via e-mail to make changes to the order. If the same is still on our premises, we will make the change.

    Incomplete order:
    Whenever the quantity ordered of a given product is not satisfied due to stock rupture, you will be contacted via e-mail in order to replace it by another product or credit note.

    Product Prices:
    Product prices are subject to change without notice. In case of doubt please contact us.

    The retail prices listed on are shown in euros.
    VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment is made.

    Product availability:
    All items listed on are available for order, however, stock-outs or physical stock errors may occur in Techancy's inventory.
    If the product is out of stock after the order has been placed, you will be informed by email or telephone of the partial delivery or cancellation of your order. If any payment has already been made, the customer will be reimbursed for all or part of the order within 30 days of Techancy becoming aware of the unavailability.

    Product Images:
    Due to possible changes of the suppliers or manufacturers of the products, the images on the website may not correspond exactly to the real product, keeping the characteristics of the same constant.


    Payment options:
    Make the payment of your orders, with all the security, through several safe payment methods.
    After selecting the desired payment method and after verification of good collection, the order will be shipped within a maximum of two working days.
    For an optimization of security, all your purchase transactions take place in a scope of responsibility of the user customer and Redicom Payments.

    Delivery time:
    The deadline for processing and shipping will be 48 hours after payment is made, to which is added the delivery time provided by the contracted distributor. In case of extraordinary delay in the shipment of orders by the carrier, customers will be notified.

    Deliveries in mainland Portugal are free of postage from 300 euros. In some European countries the postage will be free from 2000 euros. These values are subject to change without notice.

    The shipping costs of orders vary depending on the destination and weight of the same. The table regarding freight costs indicates the costs associated with shipping.

    Techancy accepts no liability for delays in the delivery of orders due to missing or incorrect address details.

    Delivery methods:
    Shipments are made Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).
    For each order a shipping number is assigned. When the order is shipped, an email is sent to the customer with the shipping number and link of the carrier.

    Order not received:
    In case of delay or non-receipt of the order, the customer must inform via email so we can proceed to locate the order and ascertain the causes.
    In case of order return, after an impossibility of delivery of this, (for example by incorrect recipient's address), the customer is automatically alerted via email or phone call. If the customer does not respond within 48 hours of receipt of the email, Techancy reserves the right to cancel the order and will not refund the shipping costs.

    Damaged Order:
    All items are packed in our premises with the utmost care and go protected inside boxes with anti-opening strapping. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, without our strapping, you must contact us immediately.
    However, after acceptance of the order and during the opening of the same, if you detect any damage caused by transport, you must contact us via email immediately (on the same day of delivery) with a detailed description of the damage and photographs of evidence: of the products concerned, of the box together with the identifying label of the carrier.


    By accessing our website, the Customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agrees to our Terms of Use.

    Resolution of contracts on distance purchases at
    For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via carrier), the Portuguese Law establishes to the consumer a period of 14 days (commonly known as the cooling off period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which he may return the item(s) without the need to state a reason.
    In cases of free Contract Resolution, return postage is the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, and the amount of postage paid on the order is not credited.
    In orders placed in which the customer enjoys free shipping, the return charges are the responsibility of the consumer. The postage initially offered is charged by issuing an invoice and the respective value deducted from the amount to be returned.

    Conditions of acceptance:
    Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days on distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they comply with the following conditions:
    1.1. the returned item must be intact and without any use mark/damage.
    1.2 You must return the item together with its packaging, documents, manuals and accessories without any signs of use.
    1.3 The returned goods must be accompanied by the invoice proving the purchase.
    In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or the exchange, according to Article 14.2 of Decree-Law 24/2014.

    2 Start the Return/Exchange process:
    You will have to access through login to your customer area, in the online shop and fill in the form available for that purpose. In it you should mention the apparent cause of the malfunction (in the most specific way possible, including photographic record). Subsequently, you should wait for an identification number to be assigned.
    The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.

    3. 3. Ways of refunding returns:
    3.1. The return will only be made after the technical verification of the product's condition.
    3.2 In case of acceptance of the return, the customer can opt for a Credit Note or for the refund, which will be made by the same way of the initial payment, or by bank transfer (for this, the customer must provide a NIB).


    The items marketed by Techancy in its online shop and in its physical shop are covered by the legal guarantee scheme. This will be 2 years for private users, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008 of 21 May, and 6 months in the case of professional use in accordance with Article 921 No. 2 of the Civil Code.
    The client before making the payment or acceptance of the order should read the Conditions of Guarantee. If you do not accept them, please notify Techancy before taking any such action. Once you have made payment and accepted the order, you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
