      How can I register?

      The initial registration is done by clicking on the top right hand corner of the page - "Login/Register" and click on "want to register". You will then need to complete the registration form fields to be able to log in.

      The customer must wait for approval of his registration. After confirmation/notification, you can start your orders.
       

      How to place an order?

      To place an order, make an initial registration and then select the desired products to the cart by clicking on the button "Shopping Cart".
      You can check the products selected by clicking on the menu "Shopping cart", and then "Summary". The minimum order is 200 euros excluding VAT in Portugal and for other countries 300 euros.
      There are several payment options: bank transfer, ATM, credit card or other agreed payment conditions.
      When you receive your order you should check the condition of the packaging.
      Should any product present a defect or anomaly you should immediately report this fact through our e-mail address info@techancy.com.
       
      How will I receive my products?

      Techancy uses various couriers to ship orders to mainland Portugal and Europe. For islands please email info@techancy to find the courier.
      The shipping costs for mainland Portugal are free of charge for orders over 300 euros excluding VAT.
      For other countries the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the items you have purchased!
       

      What is the delivery time for an order?

      The average order is delivered within 24-48h in mainland Portugal within the next working days.

      Techancy only ships on business days. This means that weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery date.

      The estimated delivery dates are merely indicative and may be influenced by force majeure.
       

      What product is in stock?

      Techancy is not responsible for any errors in stock count.
      You should confirm the availability of any product via whatsapp (+351) 966 666 608. The stock on the site is not updated in real time.
       

       
      The image of the products that appear on the site are real?

      Due to possible changes of the suppliers or manufacturers of the products the images on the website may not correspond exactly to the actual product, although there is a correspondence in terms of the characteristics. Techancy cannot be held responsible if the image is not exactly the same as the one shown on the website.

      What about VAT and product stocks?

      Techancy is a B2B platform, exclusively for resellers. The prices shown on the site, after logging in, are subject to VAT at the legal rate in force and are valid according to the existing stock and subject to possible inventory errors. Prices may be changed without notice due to various market circumstances.
